COLORADO SPRINGS — Colorado Springs teen Anna Cummins was offered the Military Child of the Year® award on Thursday.
At Operation Homefront’s annual gala in Washington DC., which was livestreamed on Operation Homefront’s Fb web page, Cummins was acknowledged for her excellent work in the neighborhood. She started volunteering at 4 years outdated and has contributed over 260 hours in the previous 12 months to the American Pink Cross, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and Angel Flight.
The annual awards acknowledge eight excellent younger folks ages 13 to 18.
