EXO’s Lay bids farewell to SM Entertainment on group’s 10th anniversary

EXO member Lay has parted methods with the company SM Entertainment at the moment, April 8, because the boy group marks its 10th anniversary.

The Okay-pop group’s Chinese language member introduced his departure from the company by means of a handwritten letter celebrating “[10] years of growth,” as seen on his Twitter web page at the moment.

Within the letter, he thanked his “brothers” in EXO for his or her firm and encouragement, in addition to his colleagues in SM Entertainment for being with him by means of each achievement he had.

“Thank you to all of my fans for your unconditional love and support. It’s time to say goodbye as an employee of SM,” he informed followers.

Regardless of leaving the company, which Lay considers a “new beginning,” he assured that he’s not saying goodbye to EXO.

“It’s also my new beginning as a 30-year-old. But I will always be the Lay when my members need me. I’m your family member in China, Zhang Yixing. Love you forever,” he stated. Zhang Yixing is Lay’s actual title.

Lay began his profession as a member of EXO when it debuted in 2012. He then made his first solo launch in China again in 2016.
