With Christmas around the corner, we’re starting to see retailers all across the UK release their own special season products.

Pret A Manger has announced the return of its Christmas menu today with some new additions.

It sees the return of some classic items such as the Christmas Lunch, Vegan Christmas Nut Roast and Melvin, Pret’s Melting Gingerbread Snowman.

One of the new additions is the Turkey & Trimmings Toastie which fills a toasted sandwich with a classic Christmas Lunch – Wiltshire ham, British Turkey, herby pork stuffing, caramelised onion chutney and melted cheddar cheese.

Briony Raven, UK Food & Coffee Director at Pret said: “We know our customers look forward to our Christmas menu all year long, which is why our team have been hard at work creating more delicious and mouth-watering food and drink options to spoil them with choice this Christmas”.

“With many of us missing our favourite Christmas treats last year we’ve put together a Christmas menu which celebrates the nation’s favourite Christmas dishes and Pret goodies including a whole drink range inspired by our Pret sweet treats.

“Not only have we brought back our iconic Christmas classics but we’ve also created many new items, including a new Turkey & Trimmings Toastie and plenty for our vegan customers to dig into. We can’t wait to welcome customers back with more Christmas hot food than ever before.”

The Brie, Pistachio & Cranberry Baguette is also returning.

Christmas sweet treats

Pret’s menu will see the return of the Christmas Tiffin alongside Pret’s Mince pie which is made to a new recipe this year making it suitable for vegetarians.

A brand new addition to the menu features the Nutty Salted Caramel Brownie, a rich Belgian chocolate brownie filled with dollops of salted caramel sauce and topped with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of salted caramel sauce.
